        Rules „Open Forum”

1.      Forum participant should read the rules before he start activity at the Forum. These Regulations apply to all participants, without exception.

2.      Entries in the forum come under personal culture. Deemed to be unacceptable is usage of vulgarisms and other forms generally recognized to be offensive.

3.      Spaces for the affixing and use of the content incompatible with Polish law, promote violence, racism and pornography.

4.      Entries must meet minimum standards of grammar and spelling of the language in which they are written.

5.      Placing posts should be consistent with the subject and not duplicate the posts already posted. Such action is considered spamming. The same applies to the establishment of new themes: there is no need, since the topic has already been discussed.

6.      Forum is a place for exchange of opinions of many people, so a private matter between the participants (in the form of bilateral exchanges) takes care of the function by using private messages (PM)

7.      Placing posts should be guided by the principle of contribution to the debate and refrain from posting with no content posts which do not develop the discussion.

8.      No advertising is allowed.

9.      In the cases of breaches of the Rules moderator can use three types of penalties: warning, remove post from the Forum, or block access (ban).

10.  If you have questions and ambiguities regarding the use of the forum you may contact the moderator for the purposes of clarification.

11.  Administrator reserves the right to make changes in the rules, but it does not relieve the members of his knowledge.
