In 2010 we continue these efforts.

The project allows for comprehensive rehabilitation of people with intellectual disabilities in the sphere of personal, social and professional. People with disabilities often do not find the right kind and level of services in existing structures, also because of the complex situation of personal and group. The centers seek to identify the needs of beneficiaries and adapt to its offer of support. Rather than offer  fragmentary and limited assistance brings help at every stage of support, prolonged, tailored to the circumstances.

The project is expected to result in significant changes in the lives of its participants. As a result of various forms of support is expected to improve social functioning, increased personal competence, the acquisition and enrichment of skills useful in professional work.

Project will be covered by approximately 130 people who, after diagnosis of their abilities and needs, will participate in a diversified workshops, counseling, courses and other activities. Range of services offered includes a refresher activity to cope with daily problems, allowing to establish satisfying interpersonal relationships, imparting the knowledge needed to function in the modern world. Teaching methods are adapted to the cognitive capabilities of people with disabilities.

Increasing self-reliance and empowerment of the beneficiaries are one of the principles of the project. Reducing actions of care only release in participants a sense of efficacy and responsibility for their lives. Active attitude translates into a better quality of life. In the project frames also operates a group o self-help "For Themselves".

One of the most important outcomes of actions taken will be possible to overcome deep differences between the disabled and the rest of society. The project aims to enable participants to join in accepted social practices, through the gradual extension of the scope of their autonomy.

The project will be led by competent and experienced persons in similar work. Will also benefit from the contribution of volunteers and students.
